There are several Sponsorships available per trade show, per day. It’s a great way to showcase your company as being the one that’s behind the local business here in the region. Each sponsorship will be announced in advance through the website, email blasts, and on our mailing flyers. In addition, you’ll be able to hang banners, and/or distribute any accompanying literature at each sponsorship venue. There will also be announcements made for each sponsorship property. You know our industry and you know how everyone reacts to a party and/or something free and over-and-above the ordinary, and this is a great way to generate great verbal traffic concerning your company.

Ad Blocks run for the entire year and are based on 25,000 hits per month.

Your artwork appears on both sides of the bag in large, readable-from-across-the-room setup! Distributed at buyer registration area and available at key locations throughout the trade show floor, these convenient information carries are seen all day, every day by everybody and are also taken home. Place your catalog, postcard, and/or sticker inside each registered attendees bag. Talk about the early bird getting the worm!

COFFEE BAR
$500 per day
Each morning of show on full days. Includes coffee for all exhibitors, retailers, and guests, tax and gratuity, and clean-up. All necessary accoutrements are included.

AFTERNOON KEG PARTY
$650 per day
Each afternoon of show (except closing day) from 2pm to 4pm. Includes bartender, tax, and gratuity, and clean-up.

HAPPY HOUR
$650 per day
Last two hours of the show (except closing day). Products being offered are beer, wine, spirits, water, soda. Includes bartender, tax, and gratuity, and clean-up.

THE RAGER
$3,000
On our bigger shows, we plan a bigger general public party for all attendees, exhibitors, retailers, and the general public. Price includes exclusive bannering of property, logo on flyers, website, mailers, and email blasts. You truly own this event!
